About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Global Mobility Services team at KPMG. As a Global Mobility Services Director, you will be responsible for managing national and international clients on all tax-related issues from an employer's perspective in a global context.

Your Responsibilities
  • Independently manage clients' tax-related matters, including preparation for and during external audits.
  • Coordinate tax-related matters with tax authorities and prepare correction letters.
  • Conduct process reviews and optimize workflows to ensure compliance with tax requirements.
  • Provide conceptual support from a tax perspective on employee benefits and compensation optimization.
Your Profile
  • Hold a degree in Finance, Business, or Law.
  • Several years of experience in a tax department of an internationally operating company with in-depth tax knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex issues clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Negotiation skills in English.
