Business Intelligence Analyst for E-Commerce

We are in search of a E-COMMERCE BUSINESS ANALYST (m/w/d) to become a vital part of our team, contributing to the enhancement of our online shopping experience across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting comprehensive data analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations based on essential metrics from our Business Warehouse and Google Analytics for our online platforms in the DACH region.
  • Tracking and evaluating critical sales-driven E-Commerce KPIs.
  • Analyzing product assortment trends, inventory levels, and order fundamentals for products exclusive to online sales.
  • Assisting in strategic decision-making through Business Cases, budget formulation, expense monitoring, and financial reconciliation.
  • Creating standardized dashboards within Shopware and Google Analytics.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Proven experience as an analyst in the E-Commerce sector and business analysis.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret key performance indicators.
  • A collaborative team player with a focus on constructive and solution-oriented dialogue.
  • Capability to swiftly adapt to new processes and dynamic work environments.
  • A genuine passion for E-Commerce and Sales.
