Job DescriptionWe are seeking an E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our online shop in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct data analyses, identify weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement based on key performance indicators (KPIs) from our business warehouse and Google Analytics.
- Monitor and analyze essential e-commerce KPIs for our webshops in DACH.
- Develop and implement strategies for product assortment, inventory management, and order management for online-only products.
- Support the development of business cases and budget planning, as well as cost accounting and budget reconciliation.
- Design and implement standard dashboards in Shopware and Google Analytics.
- First-hand experience as an analyst in e-commerce and business analysis.
- Completed business administration studies or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret key performance indicators.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and value constructive and solution-oriented communication.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new processes and a dynamic environment.
- Passion for e-commerce and sales.
