About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Kaufland e-commerce. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the e-commerce industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with a strong understanding of the local e-commerce market
