Job Description

We are seeking an E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our online shop in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data analyses, identify weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement based on key performance indicators (KPIs) from our business warehouse and Google Analytics.
  • Monitor and track essential e-commerce KPIs for our webshops in DACH.
  • Develop and test assortment strategies, inventory, and order data for online-only products.
  • Support the development of business cases and budget planning, as well as cost accounting and budget reconciliation.
  • Build and maintain standard dashboards in Shopware and Google Analytics.
Requirements
  • First-hand experience as an analyst in e-commerce and business analysis.
  • Completed business administration studies or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret key performance indicators.
  • Enjoy working in a team and value constructive and solution-oriented communication.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for e-commerce and sales.
