Role Overview
The Account Management team is integral to Wolt, ensuring the success of our existing restaurant partners in Germany. As Wolt continues to grow in both scale and service offerings, the effectiveness of our account management team must evolve accordingly.
As a member of the Account Management team, you will excel in the fundamental aspects of account management, which include fostering robust relationships with our merchants, addressing partner inquiries, and uncovering new opportunities within our current restaurant partners. You will engage with merchants, ensuring their experience is seamless and that they are positioned for success.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of restaurant partners.
- Oversee the overall relationship with restaurants post-onboarding, which involves thorough analysis of portfolio performance and regular quality and satisfaction assessments.
- Communicate with restaurant partners via phone.
- Provide analytical after-sales support to enhance our merchants' performance.
- Establish strong client relationships through consistent communication.
- Report on account statuses.
- Promote new services and marketing initiatives to existing partners.
- Serve as a key liaison between our operations and restaurant partners.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns alongside restaurant partners.
- Continuously analyze the local market.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Support, or Marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for relationship building.
- Effective time management skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust communication style to suit different audiences.
- High level of ownership and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with analytical dashboards (e.g., Looker, Power BI) or data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Fluency in German and strong English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in the Restaurant, Food and Beverage, Hospitality, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Background in content creation, editing, or marketing.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
