About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global IT Program Manager to lead our IT landscape for Finance, Taxes, Controlling, HR, Facility Management, Legal, Compliance, and Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our IT program, working closely with our development and project teams, specialist departments, foreign subsidiaries, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives with business units and international subsidiaries, translating them into a program roadmap.
- Plan required resources and take responsibility for the budget, working closely with product owners in your area of responsibility.
- Present and communicate concepts and project progress to business units, committees, and international subsidiaries.
Requirements:
- A successfully completed business degree (e.g., business administration, economics, business informatics) or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant experience of the processes and requirements of your HR, Facility Management, and Learning departments.
- Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of HR management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
