Shape the Future of Digital Workplace

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global IT Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic development of our IT program for the Digital Workplace, collaborating with our development and project teams, departments, foreign subsidiaries, and other partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives in collaboration with business units and international subsidiaries.
  • Create an inspiring program roadmap and plan necessary resources.
  • Take budget responsibility for the successful execution of projects.
  • Communicate concepts and project progress to departments, committees, and international offices.
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed business degree or comparable qualification.
  • Relevant knowledge of collaboration and mobility solutions, IT infrastructures, remote desktop services, and client operating systems.
  • Proficiency and experience in agile project management methods.
  • Competences and experience in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
  • High communication skills in English and good knowledge of German.
