Job Title: IT Global Program Manager Finance HR und G and A

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Global Program Manager for Finance, HR, and G&A. In this role, you will be responsible for the IT landscape of Finance, Taxes, Controlling, HR, Facility Management, Legal, Compliance, and Learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic IT programs for Finance, HR, and G&A.
  • Collaborate with development and project teams, specialist departments, foreign subsidiaries, and partners to drive IT program development.
  • Act as a key initiator and driver of innovation, serving as the first point of contact for subject areas.
  • Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives with business units and international subsidiaries, translating them into a program roadmap.
  • Plan required resources and take responsibility for budget with product owners in your area of responsibility.
  • Present and communicate concepts and project progress to business units, committees, and international subsidiaries.
Requirements:
  • A successfully completed business degree (e.g., business administration, economics, business informatics) or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant experience in processes and requirements of HR, Facility Management, and Learning departments.
  • Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of HR management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Confident demeanor and an agile, strategic mindset, coupled with a willingness to move things forward and make a difference.
