Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the IT strategy for Finance, HR, and G&A departments.
  • Collaborate with development and project teams to drive the strategic development of the IT program.
  • Act as a key initiator and driver of innovation, responsible for the IT landscape of Finance, Taxes, Controlling, HR, Facility Management, Legal, Compliance, and Learning.
  • Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives with business units and international subsidiaries, translating them into a program roadmap.
  • Plan resources and take responsibility for the budget with product owners in your area of responsibility.
  • Present and communicate concepts and project progress to business units, committees, and international subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant experience in HR, Facility Management, and Learning departments.
  • Knowledge of agile project management methods, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of HR management systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Confident demeanor and an agile, strategic mindset, coupled with a willingness to move things forward and make a difference.
