Unser Team

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Bereichs Personal in München. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten mitwirken und wichtige Aufgaben übernehmen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Mitarbeit im Office- und Projektsupport
  • Unterstützung bei Reiseplanung und - Abrechnung
  • Terminkoordination und Zeiterfassung zur Unterstützung des Teams
  • Verantwortungsvolle Mitarbeit und Erstellung von Agenda und Protokollen
  • Ausarbeitung von Präsentationen und Auswertungen

Anforderungen

  • Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der Volkswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Freundliches Auftreten
  • Freude und Interesse an Personalarbeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
