Job Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of our customer service team in the SHK sector.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for all technical support-related inquiries and will be responsible for the strategic development of our customer service department.
  • You will lead a team of 10 employees and be responsible for their professional and disciplinary development.
  • You will identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and optimize our customer service processes.
Requirements

  • You hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d) or have equivalent qualifications and experience in customer service.
  • You have a strong understanding of technical building equipment and have experience in the field of customer service, including service, maintenance, and repair.
  • You are able to identify and resolve technical issues independently and have a strong problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills and are able to motivate and develop your team members.
  • You have a strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
