Als Inside Client Manager (m/w/d) bei NTT DATA, Inc. bist du verantwortlich für die Verwaltung und Steigerung von Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Expansion und Erneuerung von Lösungen in den zugewiesenen Kundensegmenten.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • **Kundenbetreuung**: Du bist leidenschaftlicher Kundenbetreuer und hast ein starkes Interesse an der Zufriedenheit deiner Kunden.
  • **Beziehungsmanagement**: Du baust und pflegst Kundenbeziehungen auf und zeigst Interesse an und Wissen über deren Umfeld.
  • **Kundenzufriedenheit**: Du sorgst für eine konsequente Kundenzufriedenheit während des gesamten Lebenszyklus des Kundenkaufprozesses, indem Du Ressourcen für den Vertrag für jeden Kunden entwickelst, implementierst und verwaltest.
  • **Umsatzsteigerung**: Dein Hauptziel ist die Verwaltung und Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Expansion in allen Lösungsbereichen bei den zugewiesenen Kunden.

  • **Erfahrung**: Erforderliche Berufserfahrung: 2 - 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld.
  • **Kenntnisse**: Erfahrungen im Vertrieb und in der Kundenbetreuung sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • **Analytisches Denkvermögen**: Du hast ein analytisches Denkvermögen und kaufmännischen Scharfsinn.
