Position Overview: Lead Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a Lead Social Media Strategist to spearhead our corporate branding and social media initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the Corporate Brand and Social Media strategy
  • Execute the strategy collaboratively with the team and external collaborators
  • Drive community engagement and build a robust community
  • Manage content planning, creation, posting, and community interactions
  • Assess and enhance the performance of branding and social media efforts
  • Expand and nurture our social media presence and community
  • Work closely with internal teams, partner institutions, and external stakeholders
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media, branding, or marketing strategy
  • At least 4 years of experience in social media or marketing roles
  • Expertise in brand development and community engagement
  • Strong storytelling abilities and commitment to brand consistency
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on KPI optimization
  • Proficient in analytical and campaign management tools
  • Skilled in creative content production and paid media strategies
  • Fluent in German, with good proficiency in English preferred
  • Desirable: Well-connected within the startup ecosystem
