Responsibilities
As a working student, your engagement is expected to last over six months, during which you will actively assist the training division in executing various initiatives at our locations. Following an introductory phase, you will assume responsibilities in several key areas:
- Organization: Familiarize yourself with our training operations and provide support with administrative and operational functions.
- Recruitment: Gain insights into organizing informational sessions and assist with candidate management and the onboarding process for vocational training students.
- Marketing: Acquire knowledge of our marketing strategies, including our social media outreach, and help organize and manage events such as student gatherings, informational sessions, trade fairs, and special initiatives.
- Innovation: Contribute to process automation efforts aimed at minimizing organizational and administrative burdens, utilizing tools like Microsoft Power Automate, and develop templates for standardized training procedures.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to connect with many of our dual students and apprentices, and if interested, you may engage in your own projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences for at least six more months, preferably longer.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a general interest in IT topics being advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork and communication abilities, along with organizational skills, adaptability, and discretion.
Team Overview
The SAP training division in Germany comprises over 600 dual students and apprentices, with a global total exceeding 1500. At the Berlin-Potsdam site, approximately 30 Bachelor's students from HWR are supported by a dedicated Vocational Training manager based in Potsdam.
Along with your cover letter, please submit a CV in tabular format, a current transcript of records, and a valid enrollment certificate. Your application should also include copies of mid-term reports, school-leaving certificates, and, if available, references from internships. Additionally, describe your experience and proficiency in foreign languages and computer programs or programming languages.
