About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Student Hub Team as a Student Hub Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to students, helping them navigate their academic journey and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to students, addressing their academic and personal needs
  • Respond to a wide range of student inquiries, both in person and via various systems
  • Organize student events and support student clubs to foster a sense of community and belonging
  • Identify students at risk of dropping out and offer targeted support to help them succeed
  • Stay up-to-date on campus support services and refer students to relevant resources as needed
  • Oversee and support our peer mentor program, including training student mentors
  • Share feedback and suggestions for improving the campus learning environment
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in German and English languages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Excellent service skills and a passion for helping others
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination
  • 1-3 years of experience in student services or a related field
