About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Merantix. As a key member of our ESG team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their sustainability goals through the effective implementation of our AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in streamlining their ESG workflows, including due diligence, ESG data verification, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure they maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Develop and implement personalized customer success strategies, analyzing client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our AI tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ESG workflows, including due diligence, verification, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn AI prompt optimization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
