Job Title: Mobile Equipment Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Equipment Service Technician to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As a Mobile Equipment Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and inspecting special purpose vehicles and equipment, including construction equipment, forklifts, firefighting equipment, sewage trucks, street sweepers, generators, cranes, truck platforms, trailers, and tactical vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with special purpose vehicles and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Apply technical state-of-the-art procedures and methods to achieve high-quality work output
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective equipment maintenance
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license class B
  • Basic office automation skills
  • English Language Proficiency Level B1 and German Language Proficiency Level B2
  • 2 years of experience at the journeyman level in a trade closely related to the position
