Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the regional Customer Care Specialists (CCSs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) consistently Inspire and facilitate cross-selling initiatives and exceptional customer service Act decisively to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively Recruit, train, and develop regional CCSs and KAMs to achieve commercial objectives Foster strong communication and ensure alignment with corporate goals and vision Contribute to strategic planning by understanding our customers' business landscape Implement promotional strategies Regularly assess sales processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy Lead special projects as necessary, providing recommendations for process improvements and ensuring goals are achievedPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related disciplines A minimum of 10 years of technical sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets Ability to create clear, impactful, and professional written communications and presentations Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Office), with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent command of written and spoken English Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressureOur Offer:
