Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:

CSA Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process by promptly responding to all inquiries and presenting information to clients.
  • Support the sales process by providing CSA Group information to prospective contacts and referral customers, determining client needs and expectations, and relaying necessary information to operations to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare cost proposals of services for clients, using applicable questionnaires and worksheets, and send proposals to clients and conduct follow-up calls to provide further information, answer questions, and document these activities for further follow-up.
  • Assist as needed with the operations group in opening an application file and completing documentation necessary for accepted proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client files, including the input of new/existing client information into the shared sales database, and establish and maintain a list of preferred contacts based on reputation, influence, and personal judgment.
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing team to provide administrative and coordination support for trade shows, including pre-work, scheduling, mailings, marketing materials, and customer contacts.
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing team to coordinate and execute broad-based and targeted mailings to prospective clients for lead generation, research mailing lists for target audiences, and gather competitive information on clients and prospects.
  • Develop sales leads through cold calling, internet research, trade shows leads, trade magazines, and other suitable resources.
  • Provide information and input into the Commercial Unit to assist with the establishment of new opportunities and areas of focus for CSA Group services.
  • Provide Management support in weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and forecasts.
  • Perform additional tasks and/or special project work as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education required.
  • 3-5 years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience.
