Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the regional Customer Care Specialists (CCSs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) consistently. Inspire and encourage cross-selling initiatives and exceptional customer service. Act decisively to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. Recruit, train, and develop regional CCSs and KAMs to achieve commercial objectives and targets. Facilitate strong communication and ensure alignment with corporate goals and vision. Contribute to strategic planning by understanding our customers' business landscapes. Implement promotional campaigns effectively. Regularly assess sales processes to guarantee efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy. Participate in and lead special projects as necessary, making recommendations for process improvements and following up to ensure objectives are met.Preferred Qualifications:
A University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related fields. A minimum of 10 years of technical sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Ability to create clear, effective, and professional written communications and presentations. Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office), along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure when necessary.Our Offer:
