Global Channel Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Channel Marketing Manager to join our team at FUCHS Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue across the Automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel marketing plans that align with our business strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with market segment managers and networks to gather product and channel insights to create effective marketing messages and content.
  • Prepare and maintain channel marketing strategies, including campaigns, global templates, and content for various channels.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of channel advertising and brand campaigns, and manage media buyers and communication suppliers.
  • Ensure the latest approved marketing materials are communicated throughout the organization.
  • Recommend participation in relevant functions and events to increase company profile and positioning in the identified market segment.
  • Monitor external factors that affect the business and adapt to changes by applying new ideas and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in Channel Marketing, Sales Marketing, or a similar role at a regional or global level in the Automotive sector.
  • Experience in marketing products or services that require explanation.
  • Project management experience and working with suppliers and agencies.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and sound digital media knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and act on reporting data.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English and German.
