Head of Product Strategy

FACT-Finder Holding GmbH is seeking a Head of Product Strategy (m/f/d) to lead our product development initiatives and ensure optimal return on investment. This role involves overseeing a product management team, translating innovative ideas into actionable strategies and features, and guiding product development from inception to completion. We are in search of a visionary leader who is both creative and analytical, capable of discerning which concepts should be prioritized.
Your mission- Guide your team through planning sessions, ensuring that quarterly delivery cycles align with our overarching vision.
- Collaborate closely with technology and delivery teams to design our platform capabilities and enhance data-driven customer journeys.
- Elevate our product management organization by sharing your enthusiasm for the discipline with your team.
- Oversee and mentor product managers while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market trend analysis, perform competitive product assessments, and consistently propose innovative solutions to enhance product performance.
- Work alongside senior management to develop comprehensive product plans and roadmaps.
- Draft and review product requirements documents.
- Ensure proper organization of product releases and adherence to schedules.
- Prepare recommendations to monitor product usage and its impact on end users.
- Engage with customers to refine and improve the product.
- Manage the execution and evaluation of competitive and market analyses.
- 8+ years of professional experience in product and/or program management, preferably within the software industry, along with team leadership experience.
- You inspire your team both professionally and personally, celebrating collective achievements.
- Extensive experience in product lifecycle management and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in eCommerce technology and knowledge of AI is advantageous.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, and an analytical mindset to facilitate clear interactions with stakeholders.
- Exceptional program management and presentation skills, coupled with a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational leadership and communication capabilities.
