Role Contribution to Company VisionThe Head of Product is pivotal in driving the company's vision by aligning product strategies with organizational objectives.
In this capacity, you will spearhead product-driven innovation, concentrating on guiding the transformation of private markets through strategic and value-oriented product leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Define the product vision and strategy, ensuring organizational alignment and identifying growth opportunities to enhance product success. Prioritize effective decision-making and execution over excessive planning.
- Promote excellence throughout the product lifecycle by integrating business, engineering, and product strategies, mobilizing cross-functional teams for success.
- Establish and monitor company and department OKRs, track product metrics, and guide the team towards achieving defined goals.
- Develop products that deliver value to customers and the business, emphasizing cost ownership and operational efficiency.
- Champion user interests, gain a deep understanding of customer needs, and ensure market alignment to deliver products tailored to the target audience.
- Articulate and communicate a forward-looking product vision for the next 3-5 years, identifying objectives and innovative strategies while proactively addressing potential risks.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team of product managers and designers, leading teams by articulating a shared mission that aligns with the company's strategic direction and values.
- Engage closely with sales, customer success, and operations teams to gain deep insights into customer needs, challenges, and feedback within the private markets. Establish strong relationships and a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics to lay the groundwork for becoming a thought leader in European private markets.
- Evaluate the short-term roadmap and prioritize key focus areas for the upcoming months. Challenge existing plans to gain a holistic understanding of the product landscape, balancing new initiatives with the enhancement of existing features.
- 8+ years in senior and leadership product management roles, particularly in Fintech or SaaS within Seed to Series B companies.
- Proven ability to lead product management, shape strategy, and execute effectively while driving innovation and developing customer-centric products.
- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing product teams.
- Thorough understanding of the product lifecycle and proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, with a demonstrated ability to create clarity and focus in complex and ambiguous problem spaces.
- Forward-thinking mindset and talent for fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead an execution powerhouse through effective process development skills and stakeholder management.
- Skills in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics for product strategies.
- Have a significant influence on bunch's trajectory and success by driving product vision, strategy, and execution during a critical growth phase.
