International Project Commercial Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the commercial management of bids and orders, particularly for significant international initiatives, ensuring thorough evaluation of tender, inquiry, and order stipulations while crafting detailed commercial feedback.
  • Your role will also involve formulating and negotiating supply and consortium contracts.
  • Additionally, you will manage legal, tax, logistics, financing, and insurance matters related to projects.
  • Risk management, invoicing, payment processing, and the handling of claims and receivables will also fall under your purview.
  • You will serve as the primary commercial liaison for our external clients and the overall project management team.

Your Profile

  • You possess a degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or a related field.
  • You have gained professional experience in commercial bid and order management, particularly in international projects within the plant engineering sector.
  • You have foundational knowledge in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, controlling, taxation, and insurance.
  • Familiarity with SAP, specifically in the SD and CO modules, is a plus.
  • Your proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is excellent; additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are advantageous.
  • You are open to international travel as required.
  • Your pragmatic, solution-focused mindset, along with strong organizational skills and initiative, defines your professional approach.
