Commercial Project Manager (m|f|d) for International Initiatives
We are in search of a seasoned expert (m/f/d) specializing in commercial matters, particularly focusing on France and Belgium.
Your Responsibilities:
- As the Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee the complete commercial proposal and order management, particularly for international initiatives in France and Belgium, serving as the primary internal and external liaison (m/f/d) for commercial issues within our hydropower projects.
- You will manage and supervise the ERP system in relation to project-specific requirements.
- Your role will involve evaluating and analyzing changes in commercial factors and their implications on the projects (such as schedule delays, coverage, etc.).
- In close collaboration with the overall project management, you will engage in negotiating contractual terms with suppliers, consortium partners, and clients, while preparing checklists for the procurement department to ensure critical contractual obligations for subcontractors are met.
- You will also coordinate project-related aspects with various corporate functions, including legal, tax, finance, and insurance.
- Your responsibilities will encompass project-related risk management, invoicing, oversight, and payment collection.
Your Qualifications:
- You possess several years of professional experience in commercial proposal or order management, including international project exposure in plant engineering.
- Your expertise encompasses contract management, finance, accounting, controlling, taxation, and insurance.
- A successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field forms the foundation of your qualifications.
- You are proficient in working with SAP (SD modules).
- Your command of written and spoken English is excellent, and you have a good understanding of the French language; additional language skills, such as German, are advantageous.
- Your profile is complemented by a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, along with a willingness to travel internationally.
