Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the proposal and order management process with an emphasis on significant international projects, including the evaluation of tenders, inquiries, and order conditions along with the formulation of commercial remarks.
- Draft and negotiate supply and consortium agreements.
- Manage legal, tax, transportation, financing, and insurance matters.
- Be accountable for project-related risk management, invoicing, payment processing, and claims and receivables management.
- Serve as the commercial liaison for external clients and the internal project management team.
Your Qualifications
- A degree in law, economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in contract and commercial management, preferably in the EPC/EPCM project domain, along with an understanding of current standards and regulations (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
- Professional experience in commercial proposal management or order processing, with exposure to international projects in plant engineering.
- Fundamental knowledge of finance, accounting, controlling, taxation, and insurance.
- Familiarity with SAP (modules SD and CO) is a plus.
- Proficient in both German and English, with additional language skills being advantageous (e.g., French, Spanish).
- Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes (approximately 10%).
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, along with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
