Headmatch GmbH & Co. KG is a globally operating organization in the healthcare sector, boasting a diverse network of medical practices and laboratories throughout Germany. The central office is located in Stockholm, with the international business hub situated in Brussels. We are looking to enhance our HR team by adding a dedicated HR Strategy Partner (m/w/d) who is interested in working in the southern region of Berlin.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Employee Lifecycle, from recruitment to departure.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process.
- Draft contracts and supplementary agreements, particularly concerning salary adjustments.
- In-house support for various HR initiatives.
- Implementation of a Learning Management System.
- Serve as a personal point of contact for employees across multiple locations.
Candidate Profile
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to develop effective solutions.
- Capability to identify and constructively resolve conflicts.
- Experience as an HR Strategy Partner, ideally with knowledge of works council matters.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
