Account Executive for Sustainable Solutions

What We Provide:
- Commission Structure:
Our compensation model is designed to reward performance, with average order values reflecting a range of €400 to €5000. Representatives will manage existing accounts while also having the opportunity to earn higher commissions on new client acquisitions. - Training and Development:

Occasional visits to clients and team meetings will be part of your role.
- Drive the acquisition of new clients while ensuring the satisfaction of existing customers.
- Deliver exceptional service through regular visits to retail locations.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance revenue.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Participate in team meetings, which may be held online or at our office.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and market trends.
- Work independently and flexibly, taking ownership of your daily tasks.
- Play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Identify potential agency partners, present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and maintain productive partnerships.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the retail sector.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach to customer interactions.
- A valid Class B driver's license is required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
