Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor (m/w/d) for our manufacturing team in Troisdorf-Spich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including production staff, quality control, and maintenance teams
- Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related issues
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Develop and maintain accurate records of production data, including quality metrics and production schedules
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of production staff
