What We Provide:
- Commission Structure:
Our sales representatives can expect performance-driven commissions based on average order values, which have historically ranged from €400 to €5000, with an average of €1500. Representatives will manage existing customers in their designated areas and will earn commissions on orders generated through their initiatives. A distinct, elevated commission rate will be available for new client acquisitions. - Training and Development:

Occasional visits to clients and team meetings will be part of your role.
- Identify and secure new client relationships while maintaining existing accounts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through regular visits to retail locations.
- Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee inventory management and initiate orders for replenishment as needed.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Participate in team meetings, which may be conducted virtually or at our office.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
- Work independently, managing your schedule and responsibilities effectively.
- Play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Identify potential agency partners, present tailored solutions, negotiate agreements, and maintain productive collaborations.
- A minimum of three years of sales experience, ideally within the retail sector.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach to customer interactions.
- A valid Class B driver's license is required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
