Executive Assistant to Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the building materials industry and contribute to the success of our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive operational support to the Chief Commercial Officer, including developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
- Manage the day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, organization, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and present meeting materials, reports, and presentations, and ensure timely follow-up and follow-through on action items.
- Record and document meeting minutes and action items to ensure accurate communication and information flow within the company.
- Participate in projects and develop project documentation and evaluations.
- A degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
- Proven experience in a similar role at an executive level.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP, with a strong technical affinity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, enabling effective communication at various management levels and in different situations.
- Able to work proactively, structured, and with the necessary flexibility and reliability to handle the spontaneous challenges of office work.
