Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our Group People Team as the Global Director for Digital HR Systems Execution. This exciting role will report into our Senior Director, People Strategy & Digital, and will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our HR IT solutions across the Knauf Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of our HR IT roadmap, including the implementation of a Global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Work closely with our Global IT organization to develop and execute our HR IT solutions
  • Lead a team of global Digital HR Solution Managers who will be the daily contact for our regions and business entities
Requirements
  • Experience of successful implementation of a Global HRIS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience with rolling out/managing other HR enterprise solutions and capable of managing both the system enablement but also the change management related to it
  • Global or international leadership and Manager experience with a proven track-record of delivering progress
  • Strong influencing, relationship building, and negotiation skills; the post holder will act as the conduit between Group, Regional, and Functional Executives on all Digital HR topics within Knauf
