Global Product Director

Knauf is an international market leader in the building materials' industry, with a turnover of over 15.6 billion euros and 42,500 employees worldwide.
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the global gypsum plaster portfolio within the Knauf Gypsum Division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global product strategy for the gypsum plaster business by comparing product portfolios and identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as an interface between regional and local product managers, as well as global teams such as R&D, Procurement, and Knauf Digital.
- Derive product requirements and transfer them to the global R&D innovation pipeline.
- Monitor global business results and ensure country organizations continuously monitor market trends and customer needs.
- Proven experience in product management and technical expertise in plaster business and rendering.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to identify market trends and portfolio gaps.
- Fluency in English and a basic willingness to travel abroad on business.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different hierarchical levels, departments, and countries.
