About the Role

Knauf is a global leader in construction materials, with a presence in over 90 countries and a team of 42,000 employees. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Group People Team as the Global Director for Digital HR Systems Execution.

This is a unique opportunity to build a career in a values-led culture with a clear purpose of making tomorrow a home for all of us. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our HR IT solutions across the Knauf Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of our HR IT roadmap, working closely with our Global IT organization.
  • Implement a Global HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, and lead a team of global Digital HR Solution Managers who will be the daily contact for our regions and business entities.
Requirements
  • Experience of successful implementation of a Global HRIS, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with rolling out/managing other HR enterprise solutions and capable of managing both the system enablement and the change management related to it.
  • Global or international leadership and Manager experience with a proven track-record of delivering progress.
  • Strong influencing, relationship building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to act as the conduit between Group, Regional, and Functional Executives on all Digital HR topics within Knauf.
