DSJ Global is seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Contract Manager MRO to join its team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for managing a portion of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) category, working on strategic projects and identifying new opportunities for the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for MRO parts, materials, and services, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and supplier diversification, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of MRO contracts, from negotiation to renewal, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.
- Ensure all contracts align with DSJ Global's requirements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
- Monitor and evaluate contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Implement supplier performance programs to ensure quality and efficiency, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing service and reducing costs.
- Generate insightful reports to support decision-making and strategy development, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement, ensuring the procurement function is optimized and effective.
