Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tipico Shop Agency North GmbH. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our shops, both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to our retail locations, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with our planning team to select and install technical equipment during new shop openings.
  • Manage and configure betting terminals and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Process and resolve technical tickets efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Execute and manage technical updates, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Plan and execute technical tours and schedules independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Manage our hardware inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent field.
  • Skills: Strong IT skills, with expertise in networking, switches, routers, LAN, WLAN, IP/SAT-TV, alarm systems, and CCTV.
  • Additional Skills: Strong technical acumen, high sense of responsibility, good self-organization, flexibility, dedication, willingness to travel, and resilience.
