Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team as a **Commercial Leader**. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Represent our BESS products, ranging from 100kwh to 2mwh, to customers and partners.
  • Develop and execute successful sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth.
  • Participate in customer events, trade fairs, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Manage a regional network of potential partners and suppliers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • 2+ years of experience in C&I BESS sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%-40% per month.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional European languages a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
