Cytiva, a leading Life Sciences company, is seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to contribute to the commercial growth of our software and service offerings in the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales from our Global Strategic and other large accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-specific strategy plans to achieve sales targets and drive commercial growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer's molecule development process to identify solutions and provide the necessary tools, information, and support to sell licenses, services renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and product management to plan and execute customer-facing activities.
  • Develop long-term adoption strategies in conjunction with the Customer Success team to sustain and expand usage of our solutions as part of the customer's workflow.
  • Coordinate technology development with R&D and customer accounts to ensure a balance between commercial growth and technology advancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or other Life Science-related field. Master or PhD degree in the above fields is a merit.
  • Long-term working experience in a Life Science or Pharma-based business with roles in sales, customer success, field applications, product management, product marketing, product or process development, or related.
  • Experience in biologics manufacturing, process development, business development/partnering, software, informatics, digital services, digital transformation, and/or other digital innovation activities is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and create commercially beneficial mutual relationships.
  • Knowledge in using common tools for sales management, collaboration, and business intelligence, such as SFDC, Confluence, Quip, and QlikSense.
  • Proven ability to work in a global environment and travel globally (approximately 50% of the time).
