Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for customers, representing our BESS products, and managing existing business relationships and developing new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Representation: Represent our BESS products, including those ranging from 100kwh to 2mwh, to customers and prospects.
- Business Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Relationship Management: Manage existing business relationships and develop new ones to increase revenue and market share.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a regional network of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2+ years in C&I BESS.
- Skills: Hunter mindset, communicative, innovative, solution-oriented, and proactive.
- Language: Fluent in German, English, and other European languages are a bonus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel an average of 30%-40% per month.
