Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Operational Excellence Specialist to support our Group's Operating Companies and Functional Departments in enhancing operational efficiency and transforming into a true Lean Culture. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in applying Lean Thinking methodologies and Daily Performance Management (DPM) techniques to drive business excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and facilitate problem-solving trajectories to address operational issues efficiently.
  • Utilize Lean Thinking methodologies and tools to analyze problems and identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement appropriate countermeasures.
  • Implement and optimize DPM practices across different countries within the Group.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and their teams in utilizing DPM for Operational Excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in Lean Thinking methodologies, Daily Performance Management, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
