Key Responsibilities- Support the integration of new AI technologies and the rollout of our DKV Virtual Assistant
- Assist in the development and optimization of our transactional customer feedback
- Prepare workshops and user training sessions
- Take on junior PMO tasks and contribute to project management
- Drive the continuous development of DKV Customer Service
- Registered student of economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable degree program with good grades
- Keen interest in IT processes and process management
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and take personal responsibility
- Business fluent German language skills and good command of written and spoken English
