Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with property owners and addressing various issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with property owners to rectify issues and address concerns.
  • Secure necessary permissions and approvals for various operational needs.
  • Review lease agreements to ensure compliance and optimize terms.
  • Manage claims, access challenges, and oversee key distribution.
  • Address inquiries related to maintenance, cleaning, and payment procedures associated with lease agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in a commercial field with initial experience in real estate.
  • Open to career changers with relevant expertise in communication or lease management.
  • Passion for resolving disputes with property owners, colleagues, and service providers.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
