Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition and engagement of high-potential clients for Amazon Freight.
- Maintain proactive communication with potential customers to identify and address their challenges.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
- Act as the customer advocate to inform product development and enhancements.
- Lead complex initiatives aimed at resolving customer pain points and enhancing overall experience through collaboration with internal teams across Europe.
- Effectively communicate ideas to diverse audiences, including crafting narratives, business cases, and strategic documentation.
About the Team
The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is integral to our operational success. By utilizing various transport methods and advanced sortation centers, we ensure efficient package delivery. Our team analyzes data to inform decision-making, driving innovation and efficiency within Amazon. Safety is our top priority, and we rely on our team's expertise to deliver packages swiftly and sustainably.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience in business development, partner relations, sales, or alliance management.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal German.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant background in supply chain, freight industries, or consultancy.
- Experience in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Ability to use data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
- Proficiency in additional EU languages.
