**About Us**

EVIM - Evangelischer Verein für Innere Mission in Nassau is a large and innovative provider in the region with approximately 1,100 stationary, semi-stationary, and ambulatory places, as well as low-threshold offers and over 1,000 employees. In the associated Katharinenstift, the life center for people with dementia in Wiesbaden-Biebrich, 148 residents are cared for in dementia-specific living areas. Our overarching goal is to promote, maintain, and enable a dignified, self-determined life in old age through a person-centered framework. In line with this maxim, we place a particularly high value on creative and varied events and offers for our residents.

**Your Future Tasks:**

  • Planning, organization, coordination, and accompaniment of cross-departmental events and care offers
  • Nurturing and communication with cooperation partners and local institutions, as well as expanding new contacts
  • Room management for internal and external events, as well as their billing
  • Representation of the institution externally in cooperation with the provider
  • Coordination and accompaniment of voluntary helpers (volunteers)
  • Closely working with the different functional areas of the institution
  • Representative tasks in personnel and resident administration

**Your Profile:**

  • You have a minimum of 2-year, professionally qualified training in the field of administration or a comparable qualification
  • You can draw on relevant experience, preferably in working with older people
  • Your excellent communication skills are characterized by clarity, empathy, and the ability to inspire others
  • You work structured and forward-looking as a team player (m/f/d) with initiative and diplomatic skills
  • Your appearance is sovereign, convincing, and service-oriented
  • You can identify with Christian values
