Our mission is to enhance the quality of life through a person-centered philosophy, ensuring a dignified and autonomous existence for the elderly. We prioritize the organization of innovative and varied events and activities tailored for our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design, organize, and oversee events and care-related activities across multiple facilities
- Establish and maintain connections with partners and organizations, while expanding our network
- Manage venues for both internal and external events, including financial aspects
- Act as the external representative of the facility in collaboration with the organization
- Coordinate and support volunteer efforts
- Collaborate closely with various departments within the organization
- Assist in the management of personnel and resident affairs
Your Qualifications:
- At least a 2-year relevant administrative qualification
- Experience in working with elderly populations
- Excellent communication skills characterized by clarity, empathy, and the ability to motivate others
- Organized and proactive team player with a diplomatic approach
- Confident, persuasive, and service-oriented attitude
- Alignment with Christian principles
