Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Logistics team as a Logistics Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customs documentation for our key clients. You will work alongside a supportive and experienced team, providing a fantastic opportunity to enhance your knowledge in the customs sector and advance your career in logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit all required documentation and registrations for client cargoes, including Import, Export, and Transshipment.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and precise data entries across all systems.
  • Stay informed about evolving local procedures and regulations, particularly in compliance with the Union Customs Code and Veterinary Authority regulations.
  • Participate in daily operations, including meetings, safety standards, and adherence to proper documentation and regulations.
  • Engage in refresher training on customs and value-added service products.

Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or a Diploma in Customs-related studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree is not mandatory).
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn about customs and the logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with value-added service products and customs legislation is advantageous.
  • Practical experience in customs clearance entries (ATLAS) is beneficial.
  • Proactive team player with strong organizational skills and a commitment to productivity and process excellence.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused, dedicated to meeting customer expectations and improving services.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to adapt to new software quickly.
  • A collaborative team member who fosters teamwork to achieve results.
