Risk Management Specialist

About the RoleThe Head of Risk will report to the Director of Risk Management and will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our risk management and internal control framework. This will involve building a strong risk culture by embedding sound risk management practices throughout the organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, internal controls, and audit, with experience in designing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining effective risk management and internal control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Risk Management in designing and delivering the risk management and internal control framework
- Build a strong risk culture by embedding sound risk management practices throughout the organization
- Support key stakeholders in understanding industry processes and regulations
- Develop and maintain internal controls and risk management measures within relevant processes
- Provide expert advice on risk management and internal controls to senior management and other stakeholders
- Strong background in risk management, internal controls, and audit
- Experience in designing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining effective risk management and internal control systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive forward results
- International experience
