Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at StepStone GmbH. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director Risk Management in designing and delivering our Risk Management & Internal Controls framework.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director Risk Management in developing and implementing risk management practices across the StepStone Group.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, document, and implement internal controls and risk management measures.
- Provide expert advice on industry processes and regulations to support the development of our Risk Management & Internal Controls framework.
- Develop and maintain audit reports, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure effective risk management.
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or G Suite.
- Experience working in a global, large-scale, complex, and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and drive forward results.
- International experience and ability to work with large amounts of data.
