About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at StepStone GmbH. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering our Risk Management & Internal Controls framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director Risk Management in developing and implementing risk management strategies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
  • Design and implement internal controls to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our risk management system.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on risk management best practices and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain risk management reports and metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Strong background in risk management, internal controls, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies and internal controls.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
